Regional Sales Manager, Mongolia
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales of mining solutions and expanding the company's market share in Mongolia.
This position is located in Ulaanbaatar and reports to VP, Minerals Sales.

- Expand your network by analyzing the market, identifying potential customers, and developing impactful projects.
- Enhance your negotiation skills through direct interactions with customers, organizing meetings, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Strengthen your strategic thinking by preparing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Apply your technical knowledge to coordinate innovative solutions for customers.
- Lead projects by monitoring the execution of equipment supply, overseeing equipment commissioning, and ensuring the achievement of warranty indicators.
What we expect:
- Knowledge of the market and customers (key decision-makers).
- Experience in technical B2B sales in the mining industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of beneficiation equipment will be an advantage.
- Experience in negotiations and strong communication skills.
- Proficient PC user (MS Office, Outlook, CRM).
- English language proficiency at least at the Intermediate level (preferably).
- Willingness to travel (up to 60% of working time).
