We are looking for a Data Intelligence Manager with strategic vision and strong analytical capabilities to lead our data initiatives focused on demand generation. This person will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to identifying new accounts, enriching our contact database, and applying data intelligence to ensure our marketing campaigns are executed with efficiency, precision, and high impact.
Ensures that SAP is aware of market trends in the industry. Analyzes the competitive environment and future trends, and makes recommendations based on findings.
You will play a key role in building a robust data engine, collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to turn data into action — always with a focus on performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Research and Commercial Intelligence team, ensuring high-quality strategic and operational deliverables.
- Define processes, workflows, and frameworks for data collection, organization, and enrichment of company and contact information.
- Oversee mapping of new markets and accounts aligned with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Ensure data quality and integrity in the CRM, supporting governance and standardization.
- Develop strategies for segmentation, prioritization, and categorization of accounts and leads for marketing actions.
- Collaborate with all teams involved in campaign planning to define lists and target audiences.
- Monitor data and campaign KPIs, translating insights into strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
- Manage data vendors and tools, including procurement, integration, and performance tracking.
- Be the internal reference for data intelligence applied to demand generation.
- Manage the dedicated budget for the area’s deliverables.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Solid experience in data management, commercial intelligence, or demand generation in B2B companies;
- Experience in team leadership and management of cross-functional projects;
- Experience with CRM tools;
- Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and campaign strategies;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities;
- Demonstrates all core management responsibilities: envision the future; build strong teams; develop people; manage performance;
- Experience managing external vendors;
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and focus on operational efficiency;
- Intermediate or advanced English.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B consulting companies;
- Knowledge of data tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Clearbit, among others;
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua);
- Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and data-driven strategies;
- Intermediate Spanish.

The Market Intelligence Manager ensures that SAP is aware of market trends in the industry. Analyzes the competitive environment and future trends and makes recommendations based on findings.
Core tasks include:
- People Management - Manage a team dedicated to Competitive and Market Intelligence.
- Market & Industry Analysis - Support analysis requests from CMI, corporate strategy, and the broader SAP community on the IT market in SAP's global geographies and key industry segments. This analysis may include competitor analysis, market segmentation, market sizing, IT trends, or macroeconomic insights.
- Research & Analysis Special Projects - provide support for ad hoc research requests from board level executives and the broader SAP community. This support may include collecting and synthesizing external analyst research and preparing research reports for stakeholders.
- CMI Research Hub Projects - support internal CMI projects to operationalize processes within the team. This may include activities like helping design templates for new deliverables or building and supporting internal IT tools (databases, Jive pages, etc).
