Are you ready to take on a vital role that merges your expertise in product information management, process optimization, and data quality? We are looking for a dedicated Product Information Expert & Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in Brussels. In this key position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data practices that drive our organization forward. As part of a collaborative team of 10 professionals, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Finance to optimize our processes and enhance the quality of our product information. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a data-driven culture that supports our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement and Automation Maximize efficiency and effectiveness in your work and for the benefit of the team by mastering various tools and techniques.
- BNL Data Representative Participate in BNL forums to discuss changes in data model and policy with other suppliers and retailers. Ensure changes in the Benelux data model are communicated and implemented in Nestlé's organization and system applications.
- Change Agent: Act as a Change Agent by identifying opportunities for improvement within the master data team and leading transformative change initiatives.
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in pivotal projects related to master data, ensuring our operations run with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Quality Ambassador: Uphold the integrity of our master data by maintaining accurate information for publication in the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN), adhering to the latest GS1 standards.
- Excise Duty Expert: Calculate relevant tax components based on product master data, ensure the maintenance of these components in the relevant tools, and declare excise duties in a timely manner.
In this role, you will report directly to the Master Data Manager and become an integral part of the Operations department at Nestlé Benelux. Join us in making a meaningful impact!
What are we looking for in our Product Information Expert & Process Optimization Specialist?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years in product information data management and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, and AI automation.
- Bilingual in Dutch and English is essential; French is a plus.
