Marketing Assistant for Purina (Part-Time, 50%), this is your challenge

As a Marketing Assistant at Purina, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing department through various key administrative tasks, while bringing your creative mindset to the team. A day in the life of a Marketing Assistant
- In the context of our product innovation and renovation projects, you are responsible to deliver the translation in FR/NL of our products descriptions (on-pack and online) and to manage packaging artwork validation process for Belgian market, in collaboration with our brand managers.
- You develop and maintain an efficient system to make product visuals and product description (on pack and online) available for the commercial teams and their customers.
- You assist the marketing team in marketing communications (translations, point of sales material development) and website content development (translate and upload new pages, perform on-site corrections and upgrades);
- You coordinate the execution of the procurement flow (P2P) for our marketing and communication activities, which means in detail: create purchase orders (PO) in time, follow up the proper booking of suppliers’ invoices, collaborate with Accounts Payable department and suppliers to resolve issues quickly, keep budget allocation tracker up to date, create new suppliers in the system
- In the context of the 2 above mentioned activities, you are a driver of excellence by proposing and developing new solutions to simplify and improve the process;
- Together with the corporate communication brand manager, you bring our societal commitments to life by nurturing the relationships with our partners (shelters and associations), organizing product donations and developing internal employee communication activities.
As a Marketing Assistant, you report to the Marketing Manager and are part of the Marketing Department of Purina.
What we are looking for in our Marketing Assistant?
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Ability to work in a multinational and complex environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to manage multitasks and autonomous to prioritize and organize own schedule
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP.
