<div>We are seeking a Manager, Distribution Operations to join the broader Business Development & Distribution team who are working to take Vevo’s business to the next level. This position will report directly to the VP of Distribution Partnerships and Business Development.
The Business Development & Distribution team plays a key role in the company’s evolving strategy, ensuring that Vevo drives revenue across our platforms. As Manager, Distribution Operations, you will support all operational facets of Vevo’s CTV expansions and enhancements across our distribution landscape, supporting both existing partnerships and new partner onboarding. You will ensure that internal and external teams are meeting deadlines and driving to the same priorities set by the leadership team.
This role will work cross-functionally in partnership with Vevo’s Product & Engineering, Revenue Operations, Content & Programming, Finance, and Data Analytics teams, as well as serving as the main POC for Vevo’s distribution related technology vendors.
The ideal candidate has experience in the world of AVOD and FAST channel platforms with a focus on driving platform and channel launches and product enhancements. This candidate has a working knowledge of the Ad Tech, Product & Engineering, and Data space as it relates to AVOD and FAST Channel platforms. This candidate is also an effective communicator and leader of people.
This is a full-time position based in our New York City office, with an optional hybrid remote/in-person structure. Vevo employees are required to be in the office three days per week.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for all operational needs of Vevo’s distribution partners, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the main POC for Vevo’s distribution related tech partnerships
- Support the Distribution Partnerships & Business Development team in Vevo’s new distribution partner platform and FAST channel launches, delivering all required collateral (URLs for testing, logos, channel artwork etc)
- Manage tracking and dissemination of CTV distribution partnership information, and communication of all distribution related project timelines, deliverables, and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and improve process inefficiencies within the distribution ecosystem

Requirements:
- You have ideally 2+ years’ experience in media, advertising and/or technology company, with a focus on distribution, connected television media, advertising technology, and/or product
- Proactive and detail-oriented thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and relationship management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under time constraints
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Asana

The pay range for this position is: $95,000-$105,000 per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
This is a full-time position based on-site/in our NYC headquarters. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
