<ul>
<li>Looking for DevOps Software Engineer to learn, support, resolve incidents, and improve practices for applications and capabilities in Ford’s Supply Chain Management portfolio (structured collaboration, ad-hoc collaboration, material exception case management, risk sensing, sustainability, supplier capacity and quality).</li>
<li>Collaborate with Supply Chain Management team members to support and execute activities related to supplier onboarding, value stream mapping, supply risk identification and associated data gathering processes to mitigate critical needs of supply chain shortage.</li>
<li>Identify process and data streamlining opportunities and help develop tools and automation capabilities to make IT and business processes efficient.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Perform incident response, review ongoing production software operations and troubleshoot production issues.</li>
<li>Perform hand-offs of open support activities with colleagues in other regions, and provide incident response after normal working hours.</li>
<li>Participate in triage and debugging of systems/tools integration issues. </li>
<li>Build knowledge of Supply Chain Management application portfolio to enable growing responsibilities in supporting and improving the portfolio.</li>
<li>Grow application technology and (cloud) infrastructure knowledge to improve troubleshooting and support effectiveness.</li>
<li>Understand & document Business process knowledge.</li>
<li>Assist in gathering metrics to track product and data quality in meeting stakeholder's requirements</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate well with product managers, designers, business partners, suppliers and DevOps colleagues.</li>
<li>Accountable for vendor solution configuration & support</li>
<li>Report & track solution issues to vendor</li>
<li>Review and maintain vendor solution training materials</li>
<li>Train Business customers and suppliers on the vendor application</li>
<li>Balance user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility to solve problem effectively. Contribute to developing solutions that are optimized for performance, scalability and security</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining a backlog and enable the team to go further with effective usage of Jira</li>
<li>Requirement Analysis, configuration & change management</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or relevant experience.</li>
<li>Minimum 2+ year IT work experience with disposition to learn and commitment to quality work outcomes.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with application users/customers, including those experiencing issues.</li>
</ul>

<li>Functional knowledge/awareness of Supply Chain business processes and domain applications.</li>
<li>Experience with support and operations processes and tools, including incident management, monitoring, and problem management.</li>
<li>Experience working with cloud and cloud-based applications, preferably Google cloud.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in multiple roles across the spectrum of the application lifecycle and/or technology infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience with Ford's CMMS3 system.</li>
