On the other hand, ensure compliant and on-time implementation of launches, labeling changes and deletions while avoiding supply risks.</p><p> </p><p><b>YOUR TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES</b></p><p> </p><ul><li>Ensure an uninterrupted supply of assigned products and countries by solving operational supply issues and steering the collaboration with external partners.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels at affiliate locations and ensure adherence to inventory targets by developing and monitoring short term supply plans in close collaboration with internal packaging sites and External Manufacturing.</li><li>Exception-based management of operational supply issues, such as out of stock events or overstocking as well as support the prioritization and allocation in supply bottleneck situations.</li><li>Define and control required bridging stock levels due to country-specific events.</li><li>Responsible for planning local re-packing activities of imported goods, local change management and align with local regulatory.</li><li>Ensure GxP-compliance by managing product changes according to supply needs and local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure the execution of changes by assessing regulatory requirements, defining implementation strategy and workflow, assigning work packages to functions and scheduling due dates.</li><li>Adaption of implementation strategy, prioritization of work and escalation in case of deviations during the change execution.</li><li>Initiate and check master data maintenance including consistent planning parameters for replenishment processes.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>WHO YOU ARE</b></p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or Supply Chain Management related, preferred</li><li>More than 1 years of experience in Supply chain management with experience in stakeholder management (F/D, SC, Logistic execution) preferable in Pharmaceutical or Consumer industry</li><li>Good in communication with stakeholders</li><li>Highly motivated and able to absorb stress </li><li>Very structured and analytics skills</li><li>Strength in trouble shooting, problem solving & high degree of proactivity</li><li>Flexbility to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments is vital. The ability to deal with ambiguity and prepare risk-based decision proposals, as well as drive corrective actions, when necessary, is as a key capability.</li><li>Good in English, both spoken and written.
