Entrata Software in Lehi, Utah is seeking a driven and compassionate Life Insurance Agent to join our growing Insurance division. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families plan for the future by recommending life insurance products that align with their needs and financial goals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep product knowledge and strong relationship-building skills to protect what matters most.

Responsibilities will include
- Educate prospective clients on life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life coverage.
- Conduct needs analyses to understand clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up with potential and existing clients to drive policy sales and renewals.
- Take inbound and outbound calls, leveraging consultative sales techniques to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance regulations, underwriting requirements, and product offerings.
- Assist clients with application processes, beneficiary updates, and policy maintenance.
- Provide compassionate support in the event of a claim, guiding beneficiaries through the process.
- Stay compliant with licensing requirements and attend ongoing training to remain informed about the industry and emerging trends.
- Accurately document client interactions, policy changes, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer service experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Resident Life Insurance Producer License (may be obtained after offer, but before starting).
- Demonstrated success in selling life insurance or financial protection products.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent phone and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Comfort with software platforms, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of life insurance or financial services sales experience.
- Knowledge of underwriting processes and life product differences (term, whole, universal).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in a virtual or call center–based environment.
