What you`ll do:
As a Senior Product Specialist for Design to Operate (f/m/d) you will collaborate closely with our internal and external business stakeholders providing solutions, channels & services to enable the large Cloud ERP Design-to-Operate ecosystem.
Reporting to the Head of Product Enablement Manufacturing & SCM, Cloud ERP Product Success, you will act as single point of contact for selected Design-to-Operate topics and focus on securing success and scalability of the product expert enablement programs in this area. These topics will focus but are not limited to the following products: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Discrete Industries, Digital Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management. Also, we cover Manufacturing & SCM SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition enablement product centric topics in our team.
You will be part of a new and growing product success hub in Prague, with colleagues from different units of the same organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a Bill of Materials (BOM) including non-coded assets like customer facing presentations, blog posts, customer use-cases
- Contribute to the product roll-out activities for major releases, continuous deliveries and other innovation cycles
- Lead and program manage holistically key initiatives like product expert training, early release webinars, Podcasts, community for Design – to – Operate and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Product Centric topics
- Evolve those programs to the next level: establish, strongly adopt, and scale your topics
- Contribute to the adoption initiative of the product success organization
- Implement KPIs to measure impact and outcome of the programs
- Contribute to the roll in and roll out for Design-to-Operate topics with a direct link to our development and product management team
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in consulting or product management for PLM, Manufacturing or Supply Chain topics
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP products and technology, as well as SAP BTP solutions/engines with an expertise in Design to Operate
- Proven track record in successfully delivering Design-to-Operate projects or other customer facing programs
- Strong network of experts, including SAP partners and customers
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English is a must, German and further languages are advantageous to better support the location of our content
- University degree, preferably in Business Information Technologies or Logistics or equivalent training and job experience.
