About the role
As a Scrum Master within the tribe Financial Management and Data Analytics, you will work with two teams: STARS and Financial Management. You'll promote agile principles and drive improvements by coaching 8 brilliant techies working with Lifes financial applications including sustainability and regulatory reporting.
You will be removing impediments and help organize releases for the teams. You will also be working with other scrum master’s and participate in Scrum of Scrums as well as perform coordination across teams and tribes where necessary.
This position is a temporary employment for approximately 12 months, covering a parental leave replacement.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• A couple of years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of lean/agile principles.
• Strategic vision and execution, as well as experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams and individuals.
• A technical background and/or domain knowledge.
• Collaborative. Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Skilled in coaching teams through challenges, facilitating conflict resolution, promoting constructive conversations, and aligning on goals.
