What You’ll Do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern-Support Engineer - Procurement P&I (ISMG)
Location: São Leopoldo, RS (Hybrid – 3x per week)
Expected Duration: June, 2025 – June, 2027
Role Summary:
As an intern in the Procurement Integration team, you will participate in the full integration cycle for various applications and business scenarios in the procurement industry.
You’ll be involved in:

Analyzing and resolving known errors based on Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), customer incidents, documentation, or demo environments.

Creating and updating KBAs and sharing knowledge with the team.

Participating in collaborative calls and internal support forums.
-
Escalating issues to development teams when bugs or product gaps are identified.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced English skills (oral and written) – English will be the primary language for global interactions.

Knowledge of programming logic (ABAP is a plus).

Willingness to learn SAP systems and tools such as S/4 HANA, BTP, and ARIBA.

Basic understanding of or willingness to learn communication protocols such as cXML, EDI, IDOC, or Web Services (SOAP).
