Position Summary
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Nestlé Business Services is able to deliver its commitments to driving productivity and efficiencies throughout the organization. Not only will you be responsible for creating a buzz around Continuous Improvement, but you will also be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that will enable the NBS Centers to achieve their targets and drive their own initiatives.
Lastly, you will also be supporting the application of the improvement and replication framework (tools, governance, process) throughout the organization, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and effectively. With your passion for Continuous Improvement, you are sure to make a significant impact on the overall success of Nestlé Business Services.
A day in the life of...
- Define & implement Awareness & engagement Programs, supported by a Communication Strategy/Plan
- Create & capture momentum to drive a pull for additional knowledge
- Implement, promote & drive Training and learning path on Continuous Improvement for different Personas
- Support NBS Centers to track and establish their Capability development plans
- Benchmark and drive the evolution of Continuous Improvement practices
- Orchestrate and scale up a community or Practice on Continuous Improvement
- Build a skilled & active Continuous Improvement Pillar cross NBS Centers
- Provide Support and coach to the Continuous Improvement Pillar at NBS Centers
- Capture, share and industrialize Continuous Improvement Best Practices
- Measure and share results of Continuous improvement efforts
- Support the development of recognition awards and programs
- Develop and run Continuous Improvement Awareness sessions
- Capture and Implement ideas to create interest and momentum on Continuous Improvement
- Orchestrate a community of practice on continuous improvement and ensure it remains active and relevant
- Drive CI mindset & celebrate Success Stories
- Develop, implement and continuously enhance the Learning path to disseminate CI methodologies
- Identify and implement new approaches to help IBS to identify and execute the right improvement initiatives
- Provide expert support in the execution of relevant initiatives
- Support NBS Centers Process Optimizers in driving their local Improvement Agenda
