Join us as a Quality Engineer and be part of the QEHS team that focuses on driving quality assurance, process improvements, and hands-on engagement with manufacturing operations. What you’ll do
- Active Quality Involvement: Work closely with production, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met in all phases of manufacturing. This includes collaborating on inspections, addressing quality deviations, and taking part in process improvements on the workshop floor.
- Hands-On Problem Solving: This role is not limited to desk work—you will be expected to be actively involved in production, ensuring real-time quality control and engaging with manufacturing operations directly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain quality documentation for projects and products in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to product manufacturability, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems.
- Deviation Management: Handle quality deviations and work with production to address them effectively.
- Safety and Sustainability: Support workplace safety, sustainability initiatives, and compliance with safety standards, working closely with the QEHS team.

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a strong passion for continuous improvement and quality management. You are driven to achieve high standards and have a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality control.
- Proficient in SAP, Enovia, and Microsoft Office and Dynamics tools.
- Understanding and/or experience in industrial manufacturing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English, with excellent teamwork abilities.
- Experience in handling quality deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills. attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Hands-on experience in quality inspections and material handling.
