1. Title:
Facilities coordinator Student Intern / SVSBDP Filtration (Services / Beneficiation and Dewatering Products – Filtration)
2. Job Statement:
The facilities coordinator will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, a customer service orientation is also essential, as the role often involves interacting with client, suppliers, Metso visitors, etc.
3. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling administrative request and queries from senior managers
• Attend the reception tasks.
• Access control (electronic card access control for all internal employees and access control for visitors), managing access to the plant in collaboration with the property surveillance personnel.
• Control and follow-up of the operations of the patrimonial surveillance personnel • Supervise the canteen is in optimal conditions of cleanliness, have the necessary supplies, etc.
• Conference room control and keep available all the necessary supplies.
• Maintain and manage supplies for stationery, canteen and general services
• Correspondence control
• Support with accommodations and all logistics for our main visitors (local transportation, hotel reservations, food, etc.)
• Arrange travel support for managers.
• Report any unsafe conditions.
• Report any deterioration or damage of office equipment or furniture.
• In case is needed, support the senior procurement officer contacting some suppliers for to get a quote or follow up in the procurement process.
• Internal announcements (anniversaries, birthdates, internal communications, etc.)
• Support internal recognition program (employee of the month, best employee, 5’s, safety)
• Support internal staff events through the indirect procurement department (sporting, social, year-end holidays, etc.)
• Track in the Federal Labor Systems the training Attendance List, DC3 constancy.
• Support on some phone calls.
• Responsible of all the SAP requisitions, for the areas who don’t have SAP access.
• Processing all the SAP task needed for the end of month and the beginning of the month, regarding of production orders etc.
• Support on the coordination of the internal training, attendance list, accommodations, coffee breaks services, etc.
• Supervise outside company cleaning jobs, balance tasks, report staff inconsistencies, etc.
• In case of emergency, contact the emergency dependencies.
• Support the HR department with some interviews control for future vacancies on the site.
• Keep the brand implemented in the facilities

5. Travel Requirements:
No travel required, could be some domestic travel occasionally.
6. Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent • Proven administrative experience.
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally in Spanish and English

• A high level of computer skills • A high motivated, self-starting individual with the ability to plan, organize, word under stress, meet deadlines and work independently is required.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
