We are looking for a Team Lead – Supply Chain Analytics position will be based in Pune</p><p> </p><p><b>What You'll Do</b><br>• Lead the delivery of global customer experience projects and programs, ensuring timely execution and measurable business impact on Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Planning & Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics functions.<br>• Manage data analyst teams, ensuring that team members are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.<br>• Provide functional (supply chain) and technical (analytical) guidance to project teams, ensuring that all requirements are met. If necessary, even get hands-on to help the team.<br>• Work effectively with Product owners and key stakeholders on backlog prioritization and resource planning.<br>• Work with Supply Chain Managers for gathering project requirements in various process enhancement initiatives and creating data analytics solutions.<br>• Partner with data engineering team and applications team for curating data and securing steady access to various planning data sources.<br>• Ensures data quality and data validation processes.<br>• Conduct functional, integration, performance, and technical testing.<br>• Identify training and development needs for team members and facilitate their professional growth.<br>• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.<br> </p></div></div><div><div><h2>Qualifications:</h2>
</div><div><p>• A bachelor’s degree with more than 10years of experience in Supply Chain Domain</p></div></div><div><div><h2>Skills:</h2>
</div><div><p>• Mid-Level Experience in following tools: Power BI, SQL, ERP’s<br>• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams<br>• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions, which are essential for problem-solving and decision-making.<br> </p></div></div></div>
