The Process Integration Manager will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing transitions within the ABS organization by working alongside Transition Managers to prepare and execute transitions effectively. This role will be responsible for creating an activity catalog, developing end-to-end (E2E) process maps, supporting KPI development, ensuring strong process controls, and identifying automation and digitalization opportunities to drive efficiency and standardization across transitioned processes.
Your Impact

Assess and document potential risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in processes before and after transitions. Identify control mechanisms to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in process integration, optimization, and simplification and as an addition transition-, project management, or shared services operations.

Proficiency in process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, ARIS) and workflow automation. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
