AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Global Supply Chain Sustainability Lead.
This role serves as the key liaison between Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Procurement and Sustainability functions, ensuring supplier compliance with ESG standards and managing supplier engagement through a structured assessment and rating program.
Your Impact

Lead the implementation and execution of the global Conflict Minerals program, including SEC filings, budgeting, governance, and supplier communication.

Act as a liaison between EHS, Procurement and Sustainability teams, ensuring compliance with ESG and regulatory requirements (EU REACH, California Prop 65, Maine Act, German Supply Chain Act, PFAS, etc.).

Manage the Supplier engagement, assessment & rating process, driving supplier engagement activities to mitigate sustainability risks and improve environmental and social performance within AGCO’s supply chain.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
