Position Summary
For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - German Speaker. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent.
A day in the life of...

Act as an Account Manager for designated markets

Delivery of the agreed services with the markets in Sourcing (owner of goals and deliverables)

Build a strategy for the Markets (including specific requisitions) – Sourcing, RMK, E2E, Insights
-
Drive actionable discussion around strategic workforce planning

Source OR Manage E2E process, as per needs

Bring cross market/external best practices
-
Advise/support on capa. building (training, ST, etc.)

Follow governance (MOR, QOR)

People development – develop TA Specialists
