Position Summary
The SEO Specialist will join a broader team focusing on website and content optimization. The SEO Specialist will support website editors and webmasters in the implementation of SEO recommendations provided by global and local search agencies or SEO tools, mainly focusing on on-page and technical SEO. This individual is responsible of implementing SEO fixes and recommendations. Leveraging BrightEdge and Google Search Console, the SEO Specialist needs to monitor and track website performances and provide recommendations which will then be presented to the brand manager. In addition, this individual might be involved in larger SEO projects like the migration of several websites in collaboration with the SEO Expert.
A day in the life of...
- Act as the go-to person for any SEO related topics
- Review and analyze the Nestlé websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Measure results of the strategy implementation with tools like BrightEdge, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Monitoring and reporting performance of traffic, rankings, conversions and other trends. - Working closely with brand managers to explain SEO issues and highlight improvement opportunities
What will make you successful
- At least 1 year of SEO experience is required
- Working in a multinational/multicultural environment
- Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool
- Attention to details
- Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers
- A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience
- Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures and specific targets
